The Old Library
14-16 Knights Hill
London SE27 0HY GB

I am prepared to demonstrate how to remove a tyre and repair a puncture plus other general maintenance needs. I appreciate that modern cycles are more refined than those I rode, but the basics remain the same.

Bring one of the following:
Bring a bike we can practise on
Bring a friend
Bring a surprise for the teacher
Bring an item to donate to the Library of Things
Bring your enthusiasm

About the teacher, Denis Frost

Although I am turned 70 yrs of age I am fully mobile, active etc. I am no longer a cyclist, but from the age of 5 when I was given my first '2 wheeler' with solid rubber tyres I loved the freedom which cycling offers. I was fortunate enough to be able to afford a motor cycle at age 20, so for me 'pedal pushing' lost a lot of it's attraction, but in the early years I learned to maintain my cycles with knowledge from elder brothers.
