Meditation Techniques

Meditation is not just one way - one thing. Let's explore the various types of meditation. Some are for relaxation and anxiety control Some are focus and discipline Some are for personal Growth and Spiritual evolution Some are for manifestation There are Mindfulness, Contemplative, Walking, Breathing, Chanting, Silence, Emptiness, Visualization, Laughing .... oh my! And there are numerous types included in most of those categories. I don't know them all but I do know a lot of them. And every type of meditation is good for your health, your sense of well being and your mental, emotional balance. Each class will start with a brief explanation of the style with time for questions or discussion (5- 15 minutes) followed by 30- 45 minutes of meditative practice.

Bring one of the following:
A massage, facial, pedicure, foot reflexology
Edible Plants in pots or pots for planting Edibles
Fresh, home raised eggs
Pool access
Yoga / Pilates class
