Yoga Flow

2:30p.m. to 4:00p.m.

A vinyasa flow class in which you will connect breath to movement. This will promote a connection between the mind and body, and ultimately an awareness of your own divine nature. The flows will include standing poses, seated and twisted postures, and basic inversions. You do not need previous yoga experience. Bring a yoga mat, and a small towel or blanket for relaxation in the last 5 minutes. Wear comfortable gym clothes (which won't ride up or make you uncomfortable in inversions). The class will be offered in English.

Bring one of the following:
career counselling on how to 'get into' academia and starting a PhD
odd, interesting or historical photographs
odd, interesting or historical posters
unwanted clothing
unwanted exercise equipment
used books
vegetable seedlings

About the teacher, Morwenna Bosch

At this point in my story, I am masquerading as a high school History teacher and authentically trying to be a mindful parent. I say that I teach ashtanga vinyasa yoga, but really yoga teaches me! Sharing the gift of yoga is a joyful and humbling experience, as I get to witness people transition from exhausted human-doings into blissful human-beings.
