The class will cover the basics of how to make no-knead sourdough bread. Since we will not actually be able to make the bread, we will simply go through the process up to the point of baking, and then enjoy a delicious loaf of already-made sourdough bread! Students will be given sourdough starter to take away with them. Please bring an appropriate container. The class will be conducted in English.
Bring one of the following:
a bag of Champaign Valley bread flour to share with others
fresh, free range eggs
homemade jam or marmalade to eat with the bread
