PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS WILL RUN AS SCHEDULED. It is not affected by the suspension of the academic programme on campus this week. This class will involve fitness and health tips for everyone, focusing on workouts that can be done in the comfort of one’s home with or without any workout equipment, and simple diet plans for a healthier lifestyle. The class will give you an opportunity to get in touch with your body, help focus your mind and get your body more active. Come in comfortable gym clothes and bring with you a bottle of water, a yoga mat or/and a towel.

Beginner’s Lessons in IsiZulu
Flower or vegetable seeds
Sewing lessons
Trade me a class
Workout dumbbells
Workout playlist

About the teacher, Chisenga Kamukwamba

I am from Zambia and here in SA as an Honours student at UKZN studying Theology and Development. I have been involved in aerobics for over two years now, and just like the class. I usually workout from home because of busy schedules. Occasionally I do join a fitness club (aerobics group) for motivation. Overall, I hope to share what I've learnt over the past years and show how little it costs to be fit and healthy
