A balanced class of stretches, breathing and relaxation, aimed at all abilities. Enjoy some time out and learn some techniques to practice at home, to improve both physical and mental wellbeing! P.S. Please bring a mat of some description!

Good books/films
Healthy food
Home made things
Vegetables

About the teacher, Julia Ebbens

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher, currently studying nutritional therapy and volunteering, enjoy community concepts such as trade school, and this will be my second class after thoroughly enjoying the last one!
