Yoga & Relaxation

A nice introductory Yoga class to incorporate all areas of the body and mind, with mindfulness and relaxation elements throughout. Suitable for all ages/experience levels and can be adapted to suit individual needs/requirements. Time to chill out! Students need to bring either along a yoga mat or a camping roll mat.

Any interesting new skill/experience!
French/spanish tuition
Old healthy eating cookbooks
Old inspirational books

About the teacher, Julia Ebbens

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher, currently studying nutritional therapy and volunteering, enjoy community concepts such as trade school, and this will be my second class after thoroughly enjoying the last one!
