Yoga & Relaxation

A balanced class to include physical postures, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for all levels of ability, just come along and relax. You will need to bring a yoga mat (a camping mat will do just as well!)

About the teacher, Julia Ebbens

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher, currently studying nutritional therapy and volunteering, enjoy community concepts such as trade school, and this will be my second class after thoroughly enjoying the last one!
