Everyone has a story to tell, whether an anecdote, a personal reminiscence, a sales pitch, a joke, or a story to the children. But what is involved in storytelling and how could we tell better? An introduction to the storyteller's art, with professional storyteller, writer and teacher Sarah Walker (SarahSpinsStories).

A5-size notebooks or sketch books
Coloured pencils or felt pens
Loose breakfast tea leaves
Organic fruit
Washable cloth bags

About the teacher, Sarah Walker

Sarah Walker is a professional writer and storyteller. Her short book "Ghosts International: Troll and Other Stories" is published by OUP and her poetry has appeared in various collections. She runs Norfolk's storytelling gathering Tales From the Undercroft, is working on a novel set in Norwich during the English Civil Wars and is planning a regular meeting for writers in North Norwich.
