Alexander Technique is the best self-help technique you have (probably) never heard of! Its a really practical way of becoming more aware of how you move and react and how we all tend to put too much effort into everyday tasks. It has been shown to help with chronic back pain by breaking the pain-tension- more pain cycle. But it is about more than pain, posture and bad backs, its about mindful movement and responses to life.

About the teacher, Mireille Heald
I'm Mireille, and I've recently moved to Norwich. I'm a STAT registered Alexander Technique teacher, which involved 3 years full time training. I was a vet until back pain forced me to give up work. Alexander Technique was really helpful to me and having a scientific and practical way of thinking I aim to teach it in a really down to earth way.
