Intro to Mindfulness Meditation

An antidote to the stresses of modern times, mindfulness is a mind-body approach to well-being that invites us to stop, breathe, observe, and connect with our inner experience. This workshop will provide an introduction to the basics of mindfulness meditation and will present tips for bringing the practice of mindfulness into our daily lives.

Bring one of the following:
1 nice jar candle (if scented, something as close to natural as possible)
2 boxes of organic herbal tea (no Chamomile, please)
3 large bars of 65 - 85% dark chocolate (plain or any flavor, except chili pepper)
A crystal of your choosing with great vibes
A Tarot Card reading
