Intro to Mindfulness Meditation

An antidote to the stresses of modern times, mindfulness is a mind-body approach to well-being that invites us to stop, breathe, observe, and connect with our inner experience. This workshop will provide an introduction to the basics of mindfulness meditation and will present tips for bringing the practice of mindfulness into our daily lives.

Bring one of the following:
1 bottle of Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Soap - Lavender (16 oz.)
1 canister of Trader Joe's Fair Trade (decaf) Organic French Roast Coffee - ground with "Fine" setting
2 boxes of organic herbal tea
2 clamp top brewing bottles (for kombucha)
A live dill plant

About the teacher, Jennifer Howd
