Who needs a gym to get a great workout? Not you! In this group exercise class, we'll complete a high-energy interval training workout using no equipment other than your own body weight. We'll warm up together, then move into a series of high and low-intensity intervals for a workout that taps into coordination, stamina, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. We'll finish the class with a cool down and stretching. You'll leave with a great workout under your belt, plus I'll provide you with ideas and resources for how to create a similar workout on your own. ****SUPPLIES Students Will Need To Bring To Class: Wear sneakers and workout apparel; Bottle of Water; Yoga Mat (or, if you don't have a yoga mat, bring a towel). Students will be required to sign a waiver & release form at class.

Bring one of the following:
100% Pure Lavendar, Cedar or Juniper Essential Oil
Bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio or Vinho Verde
Bouquet of fresh flowers
Pantone color swatch book
Potted indoor succulent
Yoga Mat (gently used is ok)
