Whether you're a beginner or experienced with mindfulness, this class is for you! You will learn the basics of mindfulness, how to make time for it within your day, and discuss the benefits of a regular mindfulness practice.
Bring one of the following:

About the teacher, Rachel Vaughn
Rachel is passionate about personal finance! She's traveled & lived abroad, gone to grad school, and for her latest adventure - moved to the midwest. She has the experience of dealing with the challenges of money, and wants to help others have the tools to meet their goals.
