Many of us have these fancy smartphones, but struggle to do much more than make phone calls, read emails and maybe send texts. Beyond that, our phones are often underutilized expensive piece of technology - not "productivity tools." In this class, you will learn how to make use of the "smart" in your smart phone (specially an Apple iPhone - see below.) Topics will include using more of your: calendars, reminders, notifications, geo-fences and location based features, tool integration points, battery-saving and performance tricks, and more...*iPHONE VERSIONS: Topics covered will be based on an iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, using the current version of iOS9. Most topics will apply to an iPhone 5s (highlighted during class if they don't) and will apply to the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. Older models are not recommended. New features introduced only on the iPhone 6s or 6s Plus will not be covered. It is recommended you have at least an iPhone 5s and bring it to class so you can try things out yourself!
Bring one of the following:
