You probably keep hearing people say things like “Now is the time to buy!” and “Why pay that much in rent when you could be in your own home?” The truth is – interest rates are low, and it is a great time to purchase a home! We want to make sure you know exactly how the process goes – from getting pre-qualified to closing and getting the keys handed over to you! We are lending, real estate and insurance professionals and want to help you as you embark on the exciting journey of home ownership! In this class, you will learn the basics of the home buying process, as well as helpful tips and things to consider! Even if you already own a home, we have valuable tips and best practices to make sure that your next purchase is smooth and stress-free! If you are an existing homeowner, feel free to bring a copy of your latest mortgage statement or insurance declaration page and we are happy to review and give advice! *Our class is accepting barter items that will be donated to the Legacy House. The Legacy House is an organization that provides free support and counseling services for adults and children who are victims of violence. They work with people from all walks of life who are facing a variety of challenges. We will have a representative from the organization at our class so you can learn more!
