Let's face it, most of us didn't get the most encouraging or approachable education about our monthly visitor in grade school (or anywhere else along the way either). After spending four years delving into the world of women's health from the holistic Chinese medical point of view, Kate has come to find that many women are left wondering what is normal, what needs medical attention, or what the heck is even going on down there in general. During this class, Kate explains what a healthy period should be like and some obvious (and not-so-obvious) signs that things have gone off-track. We will discuss some basics, self-care rituals, and herbal and dietary tricks to combat the womanly-woes. This class is meant to be an open, relaxed (and dare I say fun?) way to better understand our bodies so bring your questions, anecdotes, and tips & tricks to share!!

Bring one of the following:
* a Trade School needl!! (see http://tradeschool.coop/indianapolis/page/needs to select a current need/)
* I will volunteer to assist with the class (And will be trained by a TSI Organizer)

Anything vintage
