Does your back give you trouble sometimes? All the time? Come get a great stretch, and maybe even learn some yoga moves you can do at home to stretch your back! In this easy class we will do a warm up, then yoga that stretches all parts of the back, followed by a cool down. For class you will need a yoga mat. You can also bring a blanket and block for modifications if desired. Athena's note: Don't worry about doing yoga perfectly in my class. If a particular stretch doesn't work for you, you don't need to do it. This class is a judgement free zone. It's about finding out what works for you!

colorful gel pens
homemade jam/jelly/pickled goods
scented candles (except mint please)
tea bags (herbal, green, or white preferred)
treats for pet rats
