The Enneagram is an in-depth model of human personality and development which describes nine basic types of people. This system provides insight into our unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and allows us to gradually achieve freedom through work designed to overcome the limits of painful ego states. In this class, you will learn about Enneagram basics, exploring the system's structure and history. You will have a chance to discuss the different types and to identify your own patterns of being. Finally, you will learn some tips for how to make the most of your type and will receive information about other resources that are available for your continued learning.
