Whether you are just discovering your creative spirit, or you’ve been creating for years, art journaling can be an amazing tool to cultivate your creativity and express yourself. Art Journaling can take many forms, and in this class you will have the chance to see several examples of Art Journals up close to see the many layers and techniques used. You will have the opportunity to create an art journal page by painting and blending acrylic paints, changing the look of your background with gesso and adding layers with stencils, stamps and markers. You will walk away from this class with a basic knowledge of art journaling, what tools you need to get started, and a little paint on your hands!
