Thai Cooking 102: Veg Green Curry

6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Veith House
3115 Veith St
Halifax, NS B3K 3G9 CA

Come with an open mind and an empty belly! Thai Green Curry originates from Central Thailand and is known to be one of the spicier curries. It gets its green hue from Thai basil (not to be confused with Italian basil!) and green chilies. Our curry will be vegetarian with the exception of a small quantity of fish sauce and the addition of chicken stock to our coconut broth, and we will serve it with rice. We will prep the veggies together and I'll show you the method to the madness of the green curry. I will email the recipe afterwards :)

Bring one of the following:
Dried garbanzo beans
Homemade jam
Organic nut butter
Organic vegetables
Raw nuts
Vegan baked goods
