This workshop will cover the basics of making kombucha. We'll cover what a SCOBY is, how to make komucha yourself and taste some kombucha. As well we'll talk about how fermentation can be an avenue for social change and taste some of my more recent fermentation experiments. Bring along a jar (or other vessel) and take home your very own SCOBY!
