The science of happiness or to put it simply, discovering what makes happy people happy has increasingly been a subject of great interest and study. Fortunately, many of these studies point to specific ways of thinking and acting that can strongly impact our happiness. So come along to the class and find out more about living a happy life.

About the teacher, Lyn Ryden

Lyn Ryden Senior Operations Manager with Carr Gorm Worked within Carr Gomm since 2004 as a Service Manager then Operations Manager. Previous to this for 10 years worked for two different local authorities in homelessness services and spent 10 years in Australia where I worked coordinating quality assurance in the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
