The role of the facilitator is to make things easier by using a range of skills and methods to bring the best out in people as they work to achieve results in interactive events. <br> This class will outline the best methods to do this and offer a range of useful and informative tips and ideas to make sure you feel confident and capable when hosting events of your own.

About the teacher, Laura McNaught
