About the teacher, The G.R.E.A.T. Big Trust (Global Respiratory Educational Advancement Trust)
The Great Big Trust is a Registered Charity set up by a dedicated group who have personally experienced the transformative power of Correct Breathing and who have realised the truth of the statement that 'very few people breathe correctly'. The Trust runs workshops, one-to-one sessions, gives talks, runs research and produces literature on Correct Breathing. The Trust believe that this is an unrecognised universal problem throughout all professional and public bodies responsible for education, wellbeing and health in all its aspects. This concern has been the motivating energy in taking up the challenge of teaching Corrective Breathing into the public sphere, believing as with Margaret Mead the truth of the words "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful people can change the world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has"
