Working out without lifting weights is a highly efficient program that trains both your strength and your stamina in a short period of time. The warm-up aims to be exhausting, fun and at the same time endorsing team-spirit. After that we will go through basic exercises such as push-ups, v-ups, mountain-climbers, squats, sit-ups and lunges. Finally, we move on to the actual work-out, called WOD (Work-Out of the Day) which consists of a selection of basic exercises put into a program with the purpose of making you sweat to the beats of contemporary up-tempo music. We finish off with a swedish work-out surprise which often is a playful competition. Hi everyone! My name is Marcus (27 years old) and I have recently moved to Geneva from my home country Sweden and now I am looking for a job as a secondary/upper-secondary-teacher in English and Italian.
