How To Write Complaint Letters

For 3.5 years, I worked for a travel company answering complaint letters. I learned a lot on what results in getting refunds, compensation and discounts off of future products/services, and what results in getting nothing. I would like to teach people this valuable skill, as people have a lot of misconceptions about what works and what does not.

Bring one of the following:
Any surprises :-)
Baked goods - anything people like to make themselves at home (nothing purchased at shops, please!)
Organic Products (fruits, vegetables - anything healthy)
