Would you like to learn the secret of a perfect pasta dish? Would you like to feel like a real Italian chef for one evening and thereafter impress your friends and family? Come and join us on this “cooking Italian classic”! We will prepare together two main classic: pasta al ragu and biscotti cantuccini! Bring the following to make your recipe: For the Ragu classic: Minced meat (beef) 100 g x 5 Tomato sauce 1 can or bootle x 5 1 onion, 1 carrot, celery x 5 Olive oil 500 ml x 1 For the Ragu vegetarian: 1 broccoli, 2 carrots, 2 tomatoes, 2 big potatoes, 1 eggplant, 1 zucchini, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 celery, 1 onion x 2 For the biscotti cantuccini: Flow 400 g x 2 4 eggs x 2 Sugar 200 g x 2 Almonds or hazelnuts 250 g 1 baking powder x 2 Lemon zest (1 bio lemon to peel) x 2 You will also need: pasta, pepper and a piece of cheese to grate …but I bring those for everybody. Bring also a box to bring your biscotti or ragu sauce back home if you wish so! Note that cantuccini can also be enjoyed with a glass of sweet white wine called Vin Santo… let’s see if I manage to find one bottle for us! Finally do not forget to bring also your smile and curiosity and an apron to protect your clothes! We will work hard!
