Almost end of summer don’t we deserve a nice and cozy Risotto?!? We will make one big classic avec saffron and one avec “Mascarpone and pink pepper”, a very intriguing and innovative way to make risotto and impress your friends! Choose some of the ingredients below or all of them as you wish! Bring the following to make Classic Risotto Saffron: 1 kg of rise for risotto (Carnaroli or Vialone Nano). 200 gr of butter 2 big onions 1 bottle white wine (not sweet) 4 bags of saffron 200 gr of parmesan cheese to grape 4 carrots/ 1 celery/1 onion for the vegetable broth You will also need salt and pepper …but I can bring those for everybody. Risotto Mascarpone and pink peppercorn (in French: baie rose): 1 kg Riso Carnaroli 200 g of parmesan cheese to grape 800 g Mascarpone 1 bottle of Spumante or prosecco 4 shallots 25 g Pink peppercorn in grans 1/2l olive oil “extravergine” 4 carrots/2 big tomato/ 1 celery/1 onion for the vegetable broth Note that Mascarpone is also the main ingredient for tiramisu … if you wish to have just a little sweet at the end of our meal… bring also 200 g more of mascarpone, 2 biologics eggs, 100 g sugar and bitter cocoa or dark chocolate! Bring also a box to bring your risotto at home back home if you wish so! However risotto is always better to eat soon after is prepared! ☺ Finally do not forget to bring also your smile and curiosity and an apron to protect your clothes! We will work hard! ☺ and something to snack and drink while cooking together!
