About the teacher, Laura Barton
Laura discovered her love of yoga from an early age, since then she has been on a journey of discovering different styles of yoga from around the world. She completed her yoga teacher training (RYT200) with Brigitte Longueville in Restorative Alignment in Mexico. Since doing her training she has become increasingly interested in how she can work with students to improve their posture and in doing so release locked energy. She focuses on the alignment of the spine in all the postures to release tension in overworked muscles and activate deep muscles.Join
