Slow Living

10:00a.m. to 11:30a.m.
65, High St
Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 1PY GB

Slow Living encompasses a variety of ideas and approaches to everyday life. Together they lead to a more conscious, calm and sustainable way of living. In this class you will reflect on how you feel at the beginning and the end of your day and outline daily rhythms to experiment with. They can include some simple daily habits, we’ll explore 5 really simple ones. Throughout the class we’ll share experiences, ideas, knowledge and resources. Whether you call it slow living or something else, you have probably already come across and tried things which relate to a slow approach. This session will bring together an interesting array of practices which contribute to a more intentional life.
