About the teacher, Sarah New

Sarah has found a new lease of life in her 50's with her kids grown up and after making the difficult decision to leave her much loved NHS career after 30 years. Sarah is on an adventure and not quite certain where it will take her, but it's been an interesting journey so far as following her love of bringing the community together led to her organising 'Street Food Affair' events at the Bonded Warehouse. Sarah was drawn to mindfulness as a way of coping with a busy life and stressful job. She is now studying mindfulness at Bangor University as having found mindfulness so powerful in her own life she would love to share some of the practices that she has found so beneficial with others.
